facebook :|

that's the face i make about it :|

i don't get it - it's completely pointless. and the curious thing is, people seem addicted to it... they seem to go not just everyday, but every hour... and some not just every hour but every second of the day... on their annoying little iphones that are pure agony to browse/type on. so now people hunched over their annoying little iphones in public aren't even maybe really busy doctors who are reading their patient updates... instead they are reading any of the following updates: having that glass of wine at last. i'm awake, but barely. vote for me! spoiler alert:(i don't read those), insert name: is... just is. nothing else... ooooh, intriguing!

speaking of the big voyeuristic list of everyone's status updates, mine is not even working anymore - without that list of virtual nothings, it's entirely worthless :|

and another thing....... shhhh.... but the fanclubs for people on your friends list? i don't get it... and no i don't really want to join, but it seems standoffish not to take up the invitation...? i am a fan of George Michael, i'll never meet him you see, and i am fascinated by him, his dogs, what his favorite TV show is and what his hair smells like (coconutty is my best guess). but everyday people that aren't as fascinating as George Michael... not so much. remember the episode of 'real housewives:ny' where kelly owl woman was 'up here' and bethanny skinnycook was 'down there'... who could ever forget it? it is burned in my brain forever. up here/down there = fanclubs on facebook :|

and the quizzes written in really broken brazilian english that don't make any sense whatsoever? and do i really care to answer 50 things about myself, never mind read 50 things about someone else.... (George Michael maybe?) i don't get it :|

sigh. and that makes me feel like a resident alien again, but this time of planet earth :|

  1. I will admit I am sorta addicted to it. I have it on my phone so I can update my status at all times.and I hate the fan club things. i decline like all of them. I feel bad doing it but I can't help it. Hope you stay on though :) I love seeing you and the boys!
