i knew what to do with the HUGE blister that has become my little toe - it looks like it's full of blood and it's sooooooo sore (but i still managed to walk 8 miles on it today ;)

who that grotesque ogre Jason Davis from Celeb Rehab is... he is always all sweaty with big open sores all over his body and greasy hair. i need a picture of him on my fridge to stop me from eating cheese and other bad things (can one enter rehab for diet coke and cheese addiction?) oh yes, this picture should do the trick :)

to avoid being roped into attending the McDonalds McTeacher thingie tomorrow night... the last thing i need is McDonalds french fries wafting under my nose (but oh gawd it sounds SO GOOD right about now!!)
