gasp!!!

i wonder if my bright orange skin is actually a vegetable glow...? maybe having an orange face is considered attractive in Scotland.... but it certainly doesn't resemble my ideal of health and attractiveness :| i have tried olay scrubber thingies which are basically brillo pads with nicer smelling soap and no amount of elbow grease gets rid of this orange glow :(

i can't believe how many calories are in the food at Ruby's - i was going to take the boys to Crystal Court for lunch but having seen how many calories are in the de'lite'ful burger and 'fit' fries, i am thinking McDonald's has got to be better for them :| shame on you Ruby, calling it lite and fit!

the new 99 cent store opens today!! i really really want to go but i also need to avoid mayhem. maybe tomorrow - the boys are OFF SCHOOL!!!! and they're off on MONDAY TOO!!! horray!
