we had waffles for breakfast. with warm melty nutella. "it was a beautiful day!! (
we've been all over (and it's been all over us;)
dead (from the outside-in)
for about 2 hours we planned to take the kids to Tokyo for spring break - it was so exciting, we had flights and hotels chosen. we even dug out our passports and planned to definitely lose all this puppy fat before 16 april. we gazed gleefully at color me katie's blog with sticki pickis, cute cheese and rainbow slides. then we slept on the idea... and changed our minds :) we're still thinking about it - it's 14 hours flying time. i bet the malls there are REALLY crowded and i'd have to take lots of peace potion.... i bet we couldn't find 4 seats together on the bullet train to Kyoto. i bet my camera would die from error 99 the second i arrived. and i bet it's really hard to order a Subway veggie delite in japanese :| but i still really really really really want to go!!!!!!! but i have anxiety... hmm. anyway this is us being japanese tourists - the boys need more work...
i pored over videojug (the woman's bracelet clinking on the bowl drives me clinically insane), made these scones and ate them. all of them :|
he was in this mood all day (i really mean it was a beautiful day)
O.K. I have a gazillion comments about todays post.
ReplyDeleteI totally laughed out loud at the Mother's LOL text. So totally funy, I could have peed my pants. Is that wrong of me to admit.
The eyelash pics, Gorgeous!
I LOVE Russell!!! (I hope I didn't shout, that too loud)
You should go to Japan. There are so many beautiful places there. And if your camera brakes you would have to just buy a new camera!
Black Jack- Adorable...
The "Dead from the outside in" picture is very pretty.
I was LOL-ing(very loudly) at your Japanese tourist picture. And you know I never LOL.
SJC is my absolute favorite place to take pictures. I have some gorgeous pictures of Erin in front of that wooden garage/door/I don't remember if it is a door or garage, but seemed like barn doors.
And I have loads of gorgeous pictures in that brick sitting area by the train tracks, although it makes me beyond nervous being in their with young kids. The lighting is just perfect in there.
I have never seen the red door. And all of your pics of your boys in SJC are perfect.
I have always wanted to go to Japan. Book your trip, let me know when, and I'll meet you there. OK?
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh....that last shot of Sam and dad....they look so much alike. How have I not noticed that before?
