dyyyyyying
to see tonight's Dr Phil about the worst.mom.ever... you know, the one in all the trailers whose kid had maggots in her lunchpail :| i know i shouldn't look for my parenting validation from such shows but for the record, our kid had Jack in the Box delivered to school for lunch - that's how awesomely cool we are ;)
needing
to go on the Dr Phil show and ask Dr Phil (tearfully, for i want a hankie), if it's normal to bake all the time and then just try a teensy weensy piece and throw the rest of the cake away so i don't eat it and feel guilty afterwards and have to walk 9 miles in 90 degree heat as a punishment. is this a form of bulimnia...? could i go to a very quiet rehab (one run by Dr Drew preferably. with no distractions whatsoever. (but it must have a tv) with a Christmas Tree Shop nearby) where they make me bake and then FORCE FEED me my wares to cure me? because that would be just awesome!
thanking
my lucky stars for printer ink! who knew life without a printer would be so horrible...? the first thing i did was print Michael's coupons :) and rejoice!
hoping
tonight's pizza doesn't taste like melted plastic again. last week's did and it was just awful - i don't know what i did wrong... i am sure i removed all the packaging... and the stickers off the veggies... hmmm
(breaking news...)
hearing
someone speak of TAKE-OUT PIZZA! and CRAZY BREAD!! be still my garlic breadstick loving heart!!! i love Little Caesars!!!! and with a Dr Phil about terrible mothers - sign me up!!!
this is Violet, aged 10 weeks. i have trained all the kittens to stand on their back legs because i think it is sooo darned cute :) she thinks the bow looks too much like a bow tie (she has a point... but how do you tie a bow into a short-haired cat's hair so they look more female...? i need to invent barrettes for cats...)
the trail smells like lavender (and so does my house.... i always take a bunch home:)
roses from my pretend baby to his pretend Mummy :)
Sam made this picture in school as a Mother's Day gift (i love it... and i loooove the kid art frame - open the front, stick picture inside, close - done!)
off to eat. and watch Dr Phil. and be happy :)
