hurray!

for free tickets to the Huntington Library - we've not been there since our passes expired last year and i (sort of, sometimes, kind of - docents excepted) love it, especially the little bamboo walkway thingie. bonus: it's right before Sam's 11th (zoinks!) birthday so i can take pertiful pictures of him :) now i just have to persuade him to please cut his hair and quit giving me evils all the time :

for yummy mocha frappe thingies from McDonalds! though i do declare i have no idea how many calories there are in them, and after having one per day for the past week (except yesterday which means i get two today), i don't so much care to find out :

for being a mommy to five cats....! and a reeeaaaally stinky house : i have no idea how this happened, other than the fact that i am a total sucker for small, sad, sobbing children and homeless cats. the kittens are back. and they are tearing the place up. but how i love them! Megan turned into a sweet little cuddler and Weasel, well she's definitely got some Friday in her :) luckily i like feisty bossy talkative little cats with something to say about everything....

for Aaron finding a golden nugget of entertainment on BBC: "Come Fly with Me". it isn't half (ok a sixteenth) as funny/mean/bitchy/brilliant as Little Britain... but it does contain those same people so hopefully it will be funnier/bitchier/meaner eventually. it needs sharper teeth for sure ;)

for long weekends! where to go! what to see! how i looooooove having a car that can mostly definitely (not just maybe if we all keep our fingers crossed) get places and also feels lovely on the journey :) and it's fast too!!! and the seats are soooo soft!

off to pore over more vacation rentals in Bodega Bay and beyond and drink more coffee - same crap but a new day!! back later xoxox

  1. I love your love of kitty cats. :) It sounds like a wild kitty party at your house these days. :)

I hope your 4th of July is wonderful. I'm sure you have all sorts of wonderful things planned. We will be up at my parent's house as usual. picnic and family.
