disneyland, divorce, discounts, debit cards and dessert

from a verrrrrry late night last night at Disneyland - i didn't get home until 11pm :|

i had a Dole Whip machine.  because those Dole Whips are awesome :)

why walking from Disneyland to California Adventure should leave my legs soooooo ridiculously achey when i walk so much everyday?  what the heck?  i blame the Matterhorn - that thing is a boneshaker.... (which is entirely different to a bonesmoker ;) 

realizing
that no matter how hot the day and how swishy the dress, wearing a dress to a theme park is indeed always a bad idea.  especially on the Matterhorn ;)

my new $5 Disneyland earrings - which means tomorrow my ears will be septic and hot ;)

Main Street Electrical Parade Christmas ornaments... because finding impossible, non-existent items is what i live for ;)

meeting
the old friend today who is now divorced (we were couple friends)  i wonder if this is going to be unbearably itchy and awkward or completely sensational and fascinating???!

making
snickerdoodle strawberry and banana trifle for the family dinner tonight, which i invented all by myself!!!  forget i said that if it sounds hideous ;)  they are more sugar cookies than snickerdoodles because i wasn't sure how well strawberries and cinnamon went together.... with tons and tons of whipped cream and condensed milk... it sounds edible, right...?

off to Target with my new fancy RED CARD!  because now can i shop anywhere where i don't get 5% off?  HECK NO!  it's a store card!  and a debit card!!  and it encourages me to buy things at Target that i don't really really need, but just want, because a store card automatically makes everything free!!!
