the day from hell

it's official: double rainbows suck.  it has been the world's longest day ever in living history and i have the clenched teeth hamster cheeks to prove it.  we have no food left in our dumb empty kitchen, no energy to go and get food and absolutely no desire to go out to eat.... it's just been an awful good-for-nothing cold, dark day from the deepest depths of hell

between you and me, i don't know if i've said this recently, but i kinda don't like the family who are buying our house - they are those horrible, vanilla, south county, organic nutjobs and i bet they're religious Romney supporters too, it would NOT surprise me ;)  anyway today we got a 27 point fix-it list of everything the lameass husband is incapable of doing for himself after he moves in, such as replacing bath plugs and reattaching unattached closet doors (i hate doors in general so they're all off the hinges and stuffed in the garage so the energy can flow freely throughout the house :) and it's just complete bullshit and so going in the trash.  because only one person bosses my husband around and issues honey-do lists and that's ME ;)

tonight i am making cupcakes for the cub scout meeting... for no reason, just because i am that nice.  and also because all i can think to serve for dinner is raw cake batter ;)

off to get ready for the debate - how i adore election season!!)
