eating
bagel chips (the totally addictive cinnamon sugar ones that taste like rich buttery chelsea buns. and because they are crunchy and thin, surely they are more healthy....?)
listening
to Massachusetts by the Bee Gees. i love the Bee Gees and i don't even care who knows it. finally this song doesn't make me want to cry (actually i've not wanted to cry at all since the awful horrible good-for-nothing RV... i really really really love it here:)
dying
to try the Cape Cod Bagel Co down the street.... rumor has it, the Clintons love it there (Hillary 2016!!!)
loving
Obama. a little bit more today than i did yesterday but not as much as i will tomorrow (or some Zales-ish twee eye-rollingly horrible quote)
wishing
Florida could be chopped off like a diseased appendix and no longer be allowed to participate in elections. what the hell is up with that Mickey Mouse state....?
going
on a star gazing datenight tonight. i want to cruise past the Kennedy compound because i'm kind of an obsessed stalking fan :) but the camera-toting, not the gun-toting, kind ;)
needing
to go and order the new wonderful cloud of a bed too. the little salesman (who looked just like Santa Claus) told us to go tonight and get the Veterans Day price - i love that little Santa Claus man!
loving
estate sales - there are lots and lots on the weekends here. today i got a souvenir from FDR's inauguration and a perfect little candy dish (which i know will never have candy in it... but a girl can dream) i wanted that little house on Lucy Lane so much - it was totally adorable and rusticated :)
loving also
the brand new houses we looked at today too... they were soooooooooo pretty and shiny!!!!! it doesn't matter if it's a falling down 200 year old rustic cottage or a brand new tract home... i love every single house i see here :|
also loving
Nauset Beach. most perfect beach ever - bouncing excited dogs, clean light, fine white sand, perfect pebbles, peaceful shining water and wide open spaces.... it's heaven: with free parking too :)
looking
for a Jenny Lind king size bed in white. and it doesn't exist just like everything else on my wish list :(
off to enjoy a silent starry velvety night on the Cape (how on earth did this dream come true????????!!!)
