going
to see that perfect little Cape by the sea this morn... it's tiny. and olde worlde on the inside. with a one car garage (eeeeeeeeeee) but fingers crossed it warms the cockles of our hearts. i love the brand new Colonial with all it's mod cons. but i reeeeaaaaally reeeeeaaaaaaaaaally want a Cape (it being the Cape and all...) and it's number 22. lucky number 22. i want to live at a pair o' twos and paint a little sign for by the front door of two graceful swans living happily ever after.........
giving
myself Chanel 19 Poudre for Christmas, three little bottles of heaven: one for the car, one for the purse, one for beside the bed... oh i do find myself so easy and fun to shop for, others: not so much ;)
needing
to stop by the post office. even though our post office is an adorable little hub of Cape Cod village life, that smells like brown paper packages tied up with string... i still really really hate going ;)
wondering
why anyone reads that "I am Adam Lanza's mother" crap and doesn't ask themselves why Adam Lanza's mother didn't lock up HER collection of deadly weapons and keep them far far far away from her troubled son. BULLSHIT.
loving
the light rains and moody cloudscapes and gentle winds here... they suit my disposition much better than the constant blue uncloudy skies and harsh sunlight of Cali. i don't miss it. at all. OK i maybe miss the burritos. but that's all ;)
waiting
somewhat impatiently for my new red shoes. come on red shoes!! they're in freaking fracking Rhode Island - urgh i could WALK to Rhode Island from here. i just want my bloody red shoes.
wishing
people wouldn't hate on Taylor Swift. it's kind of like hating Labradors or chocolate chip cookies or the Sound of Music (apart from the part with the nazis... zzzzzzzz) there is NO REASON for it!!!
off to brave the Post Office and then house shop for a perfect Cape on Cape Cod... (how did that happen?????!!!!) xxooxxoo
five year flashback.... we've had that crazy Romeo for FIVE YEARS????!!!
