hating
my nails. they are ugly and stained and uneven and gross and no amount of soaking them in peroxide and baking soda is helping matters (and honestly pinterest is just a huuuuge waste of my time and energy and hope) i already know that filing the surface of the nails is a bad idea (a seriously bad idea... trust me: don't e-v-e-r try it. especially if you're about to move cross country and really really NEED your nails to not bend back every two seconds ;)
desperately seeking
a perfect satchel that fits a SLR (with wide angle lens and a 135mm) and a wallet and all the necessary items a worrywart mother needs like emergency bandaids and emergency wipes and emergency jelly snacks and emergency tums and emergency bubble-gum flavored tylenol (yeah, i'm that mum at the playdate...)

needing
to make our monthly trek to Costco... luckily it's kinda up by Marky Mark's restaurant. i hope we see him!! he has three nipples you know (well the third one is more of a mole in my opinion....) at least i think it is close to Avon, MA... my 'it's only an inch away on the map!' treks have been known to take hours.... it says 12 miles!! sheesh i could walk that!! in my sleep!!!
loving
taxicab confessions... the story of the ex-girlfriend who wanted to share the man's soup and ended up walking 10 miles home because he wouldn't share it.... i cried to tears laughing. because it sounded sooooo familiar :)
loving
Cape Cod. the way the house turns coral pink each morning as the sun rises... the absolute silence when you step outside (no lawnmowers and leafblowers!!! EVER!!! just perfect silence)... the smiling faces of every person you meet... the charm and whimsy of every detail of every building... the sweet policemen who always wave even though they are standing outside in ski masks because they are frrrrreezing... the fact that every single child here says please and thank you unprompted and grins the biggest grin when they are complimented for their perfect manners.... i'm still very very very much in love with my over the rainbow, happiest place on earth :)
