recovering and dying and listening and loving

recovering
from some kind of achey stomach flu that really isn't the flu but ohhh how it hurts to move/breathe/pick up my soda... i think i did too many tricep thingies and ab thingies at the gym.

dying
for Flipping Out to start already.... i miss Jeff Lewis :)  but i don't miss LA :)  and Koo Koo Roo and El Pollo Loco and Baja Fresh. though i wish we had Del Taco here................. even though their veggie options suuuuuuuuuucked ;)

dying
over Friendly's taking pity on my sad cotton candy soda-loving heart and sending me home with my very own supply of their cotton candy soda-making syrup.  awwww Friendly's, you shouldn't have!!!!  but i think you're sweet :)

listening
to the Queen is Dead.  she still isn't and this album is 28 years old :|  (and i must say it is one of my favorites of all time.  along with Rubber Soul and Revolver by the Beatles.  and Let it Bleed by the Rolling Stones.  and Hunky Dory and Heroes by David Bowie.  and Automatic for the People and Up by REM.  and Speak Now and Red by Taylor Swift :)

looooving
Cupcake Charlie's.... it smelled like heaven.  if not better...  and tasted even better than better!  maybe i was really reaaaaaaaaally hungry and feeling reaaaaaaaally deprived of treats.... but that cupcake was such a perfect rush of sugar and creamy peanut butter and chocolate and it was total bliss (halved... the best cupcakes are the ones you share so you get to eat another treat - a mini egg brownie.... soooo good!)

Friday playdate - their forgotten-about rainbow looms were new again :)
and they tried to guess who all their Wimpy Kid books were dedicated to :)
we built an igloo (maybe that's why i ache....?)

i loooove the snowy softbox window
