spotify homework passports and cats
wondering
if life without constant Spotification is even worth getting out of bed for? no? no!
thinking
that the presence of a cup of perfect temperature coffee makes my children SLOW THE HELL DOWN till it's stone cold and has bees floating in it
hating
Zooey Deschanel (for absolutely no reason - but there's got to be a reason. her voice? her too long fringe?)
hating
that the only scissors i can ever find are 5+ safety scissors that won't cut anything :(
needing
to get passports. purple ones AND blue ones. and go places with them.
calling
BS on that study that cats hate being petted. if that was the case why would they throw themselves against me all the time and grab my hand with their extended claws and drag it over their fur and go absolutely nuts if i try to get away....?

things i love (and one thing i don't....)
this:
(except it should say short walks and also more money and more chocolate :)

this:
(except i hate Sundays and i'd positively d-i-e of boredom at a drive-in movie)
(and i kinda hate sleeping in: it feels dirty. and i don't love polaroids )
i love the Beatles (but i prefer the Smiths ;)
which reminds me: if your last name is Smith you get free mac and cheese today
i hate stuff like that - it just seems so unfair
love these plates (not so much the photoshopping: i swear it wasn't me)
he got a bear and named him Ted
i have no idea how watching TV like this is comfortable???
gee thank you iPhone for reminding me to go to the airport
to pick up people who are still in England (grrrrr)
it's Fall: everywhere :)

loving
Morrissey. like i really loooooove him. i wonder if he likes Morningstar grillers and veggie dogs. and if he ever caves and eats Cadbury's chocolate (the only reason i can't possibly ever be a real vegan. that and CHEESE!!!!)
loving
that he loves Coronation Street too. awww me too! i wonder if he ever figured out how to get it in the USA... i really need to have lunch with Morrissey :|
disliking
that the titles of his songs are usually about a little bit too long
hating
hives. i know they mean something, but what???! they're so bad my skin has bubbled up and blistered and is all peeling off
wearing
my Mum's favorite perfume. because she's not here and i miss her horribly :(
going
home. home as in Manchester England: Orange County California was never home
wanting
a Dairy Milk bar as big as my biggest suitcase. a perfect Aran 'husband's sweater' sweater from Ireland. a ton of salt and vinegar chipsticks. pizza express fiorentina with no olives. really awesomely unhealthy fish and chips and peas. Coronation Street. documentaries about awesome freaky people who talk to their dolls and have huge nightmare-inducing 300 pound legs. uncensored embarrassing bodies :) i'm homesick...
wondering
how come every TV personality from my childhood is a total perv... now it's Rolf Harris: the nice man with the didgeridoo, who tied his kangaroo down, sport :( urgh, if anyone tells me the Grandfather Flump was a pedophile, i'm going to be SO UTTERLY SAD: especially because he wasn't even a real person :(
not wanting
to 'walk to school' tomorrow. blah. the awesome schoolbus service has ruined me forever.
wanting
to flat iron my hair. then curl it. then flat iron it. and then curl it. and then flat iron it. then wash it and start all over again
craving
Indian food. the kind that makes your nose run and you need 3 glasses of water in a row
drinking
coffee and diet coke at bedtime (because i never ever learn)
back in the am with pics xoxo

the Smiths, lefthandedness and New Hampshire
listening
to the Smiths John Peel sessions which are completely awesome. remember John Peel, the short snarky one, the only cool DJ from Radio One? i think he might be dead... (living in America is like living on the moon - completely separate and disconnected from the actual world, our only link to the rest of civilization is google) anyway, i liked him and his disdain for popular music :) and Annie Nightingale too :) and Nicholas Andrew Argyll Campbell :) but not so much the others.... i totally hate listening to the radio, it's torture: like a roadtrip with someone you hate
feeling
still full and queasy from yesterday's Monster Munch overdose. all i ate today was 5 pieces of Pirate Booty and one ginger cat cookie
wondering
if Morrissey is left handed (i'm 75% sure he isn't). and if he likes Law and Order. and if he prefers cats or dogs, or loves both equally (the correct answer;) these are the things that keep me awake at night (which is good, right?)
hoping
supergluing my sore finger shut will fix it. seriously, i've given up on stupid neosporin and bandaids, i just need it to stop bleeding all over the place and hurting
loving
New Hampshire. that's where we went today. it's a good job everyone in NH drives super slow because the trees are AMAZING up there :)
wishing
i could find a rotating hot air brush 3/4 or 1 inch in diameter that spins both ways with hard bristles. it doesn't exist... yet - i should invent it!!)
it's the son and heir - i checked
the 495 (at least a hundred times nicer than the 405)
randomish wednesday
this week's dreams are just plain strange and unexplainable... i dreamt the dogs laid octagonal eggs and everyone was shocked except me, but then i thought about it and realized dogs aren't supposed to lay eggs at all, never mind octagonal eggs, and i felt sooooo ashamed :(
in last night's dream we drove across the USA with only $35, because our dog shared his $200 spending money with us (????)
i got some VERY expensive cream from the doctor for my awful teenage skin. i thought about filling the rx for two entire weeks before giving in, after the pharmacy shared that some people get it for it's anti-aging properties on top of the promise of clearer pores. anyway: i've forgotten to put that darned cream on EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. grrrrrr.
i went to share an up-to-date picture of my boys with my fancynew old photo buddies last night and you know what: i don't have one of them together and i am just too old and computer illiterate to figure out how to attach two separate pictures. must take a picture. of the boys. together. sometime this year. with a real camera (no instagram quality iphone pics allowed)
i bought three pairs of boots today - shhh. i admit it: i love Massachusetts, and it's cold weather, shoe taxfreeness and requirement for tall leather riding boots :)

the Habit, Morrissey and dog fighting
craving
a veggie cheeseburger from the Habit. which is weird because i never even liked it there... it's just Five Guys minus the peanuts :)
wondering
if planting daffodil/crocus/hyacinth bulbs is just a total waste of time. and kind of already knowing the answer... eye roll. i may as well cut out the middle part and put them straight into the trash :|
needing
a new bed (it never ever ends)
loving
reconnecting with longlost photo buddies (216 of them!) it's been seven years and everyone has morphed into someone entirely different and fascinating again
wearing
flickr colors on my toes :)
trying
to take deeper breaths and sit up straighter and think positive-r (blah that one's really hard)
listening
to What Difference Does it Make? (it makes none :)
enjoying
watching the dogs fight (i hope that's not a felony...?) they are having a ball!
adoring
Morrissey. let's be honest: Jimmy Kimmel is also just an asshole in general. i'm so going to marry him in my next life. Morrissey NOT Jimmy Kimmel (sick burp)
