this weekend i....

bought
two bikes, a sky blue one and a lavender one :) the first one was a lady's bike and waaaay too big for me... i figured that out after a perilous trip around the park. trying to stop a bike with no handbrakes when you're about a foot too small for it can seriously damage your toes. so we went and got the junior version instead :)

rode
that one around another park today dodging stray toddlers, creating a lavender blur through family photo shoots and narrowly avoiding the duck pond:| Aaron says it will get better... it will get better, foot, i promise!!

also bought
the most awesomely useless dress E-V-E-R. i have no idea where and when i will wear it, apart from of course dancing around the house :) it has 4 layers of frills and froofy pettiskirts and i LOVE it!

managed
to avoid chocolate ALMOST entirely all weekend. darn you, evil klondike bar!

snuggled
with little Ben... he is very poorly and lethargic and floppity :( get better little Ben, we love you! he would take the loveliest sleepy pictures tonight, but i don't have the heart to photograph him feeling under the weather.

watched
the MTV MJ top 10. gawsh i just love him!! and some movie with Dustin Hoffman in London that made me not miss home at all. i don't miss that southern stuck-up no fun side of England at all.
