the real housewives of atlanta. they are soooo much cooler and meaner and sassier than the real housewives of new jersey were ever scripted to be. and i thought i would love the real housewives of nj because i LOVE nj and all it's amazingly cool malls and nj is even the embroidery capital of the freaking world for freak's sake! what's NOT to love??! a show about the real housewives apparently...

what in the hell is still inside my finger?? i have had two lengthy operations (painful ones too) and it is still like a little white hill with a dormant volcano on top. i got this cream today called 'draw out' or something hopeful like that, that smelled and looked like London taxis and plastered it on in ruby's feeling horribly sorry for myself and my poor sorry fingertips. then the waiter came over balancing a trayful of food on his arm stump - NO HAND AT ALL - and i felt all lame for being such a dreadful wuss over a couple of splinters :| but they HURT!!!!!!!!

that the unfortunate chip in the drinking side of my favorite cape cod polkadotted cup and the unfortune loss of my favorite cape cod necklace equal a return visit to right those wrongs ;)

that a ride on the "miracle-go-round" (gawwwsh i LOVE this boy) in crystal court rewards the rider with a free kid meal in Ruby's - i refuse to pay for kid meals :)

that ruby's did away with their ridiculously hard to construct toy paper planes/trains/automobiles. now they have these ridiculously cute glasses in the menu:

Dumbo - he's the grey one with big ears :) the new baby boy in the family who snuggled up to his new big brother immediately and fell asleep (and has been chasing him around the cage wanting to play all night:)
