to-do list

• figure out how to upload pictures to Costco without my computer having a nervous breakdown EVERY SINGLE TIME i try to upload 24 pictures :|

• (please please please Mozilla, make it work this time!! and i promise to use you more than the blue E :)
  

• make a Duran Duran CD for Evan's mommy - i hope she likes B sides as much as i do, which is a little more than A sides :)

• quit listening to fatboy slim 'praise you' - my ipod plays everything on a continual loop until i manually bump it along, but usually i don't notice until the repetition has started to wear away at the lining of my brain :|

• ahhhhh that's soooooo much better - 'blackbird' by the Beatles can play pretty much forever amen :)

• make reservations under a false name at Ruths Chris for four on saturday night (it's a looong loooong story...)
  

• dig out paraffin wax bath and soak my feet for at least a week then spend 4 hours painstakingly painting my nails with rouge noir polish and white polka dots (so afraid am i of nail salon fungus horror stories.....)

• find out if there is such a thing as 'violin hero' for wii... if not - invent it!!! i want to play come on eileen by dexy's midnight runners - i know i'd get 100% because it's been ingrained in my brain for almost 30 years...)

• face my demon - the mean little voice on wii fit, which will no doubt scold me for avoiding it for an entire week - i hate the way it says 'ohhh...' when i stand on it. i don't like 'ohhhh...'

• find a monchhichi iphone case

• return dresses to Lands End - i am most definitely still only petite despite growing one entire inch in height :|

• pore over/process/upload/print/collect/deliver preschool pictures

• make an american flag sock monkey out of patriotic socks :)

• find a replacement cape cod necklace

• find a real life British friend (with kids that are cool) in my little corner of soul-devoid Orange County (i know they exist - we wouldn't have all these British stores if they didn't...)
  

• buy tickets to this concert and explore France for the whole summer in a teeny tiny Fiat :)

• failing that, find reservations at Planet Hollywood ;)

• make an american quilt
