smooth criminal, pitchmen and machine guns

being driven slightly insane
by the little song playing in my head on a continuous loop... it goes something like this "Annie are you OK? say, Annie are you OK, are you OK, Annie??" (now i have the entire dance routine stuck in my head too:)

recovering
from watching Shrek 3 with the owner of the world's most restless legs :| he fell off the couch at least 10 times because he was balancing on the back of it, between running around the house to avoid having his eyes burnt out by kissing scenes :)

dreaming
of the robostir that i saw on Pitchmen today (i still can't stand it without Billy Mays, but Kennedy is slightly growing on me... she's moderately less unbearable than Sully...) anyway, it's like that hair massager metal hand thingie but it turns automatically for FOUR HOURS STRAIGHT!

where this vacation rental has been all my life - and when we can go....




we went to Balboa Island today



this is the point where the only lifeguard in Newport Beach drove over to 'save' Danny as he was in grave danger of getting a splinter/falling onto the sand/doing something remotely fun and photogenic. i kind of hate lifeguards (but if i'm ever drowning, i reserve the right to take that back:)




Danny really really wanted this fancy machine gun he saw at the ghetto swapmeet a VERY long time ago - well, today his dream came true and we went back for it :)


off to watch Lady Gaga hatch from an egg. i hope she doesn't come out icky bloody stuff all over her for dramatic effect, i am still feeling a little iffy....
