had ginger cats for breakfast in bed :) dee-wish-uss!
went to the African Hut for English delicacies - they saved us a whole entire box of Cadbury Freddo Frogs (perfectly pocket sized 95 calorie bars of creamy dairy milk), shipped fresh from England!! and more pickled onion monster munch for 10 cents! because who can resist such a bargain (they are also a calorific bargain at 100 calories a pack - my diet turned from grayscale to technicolor today!)
watched 'too fat for 15' over the most heavenly lunch of monster munch and freddos - it seemed soooo totally wrong and yet so totally right ;)
went to Whole Foods for vegetarian hot dogs. i am trying 'smart dogs' next, smothered in so much veggie chili and cheese that they can't possibly taste bad. Whole Food had daffodils! horray for pretty daffodils :) and i got little cute potatoes and brussel sprouts - which i have never had before but they are so cute, how could they possibly taste bad? i almost bought some adorable baby carrots but i came to my senses before i wasted $7 on a handful of cute carrots...
stopped by Home Depot for bedroom paint. i cannot find a comforter to match the walls for all the tea in China. so we're repainting the walls - because i love buying new quilts that much :)
went to some place yelp swore blind is the best Mexican restaurant in 'current location'. everyone raved about their potato tacos.... i was wildly intrigued... so i just had to try them ;) potato tacos :| tacos filled with hashy browny stuff and cabbage and absolutely nothing spicy - like irish tacos!! and that super white lardy mexican cheese that is like 99% saturated fat. all i can say is.... what the dickens???! luckily my date for the evening swapped me one of his fish tacos and it worked out OK... but really... potato? who and why??!
bought some fancy face wrinkle cream at Costco that everyone says is THE hope of hopes in a jar. something weird is going on... Costco has been INSANE for the past two weekends - people fighting to get to the sample tables and killing their own for the last little cup of trail mix. everyone is going nuts!!!!! i don't so much like Costco anymore... it is like going to LAX airport but you never actually go anywhere :( also, they stole my idea of giving away a refillable cup to new members... but it's just a free cup and no refills :| didn't they read the part about letting people get a drink at the soda fountain...? my idea wasn't just a cup, it was a way to reward and refresh customers by offering them a REFILLABLE soda everytime they shop :|
Danny tried to ride his bigger bike. he is too small for it, but too big for his smaller bike. hmmm....
off to make some sweet milky tea and maybe give a home to one more of those freddo frogs ;)
