what the hell that thing i found under my bed yesterday was.  it looked like a Malteser - a stale one yes, but still edible - i thought!  omg noooo: it was definitely NOT an edible Malteser (and yes, i do eat things i find on the floor covered in dust and hair - that's why i don't have allergies ;) it tasted like it was a hundred years old.  and like old hard ear wax.  and dirty dog hair.  it was b-e-y-o-n-d gross - i think i may never eat a Malterer ever again... (but don't hold your breath)

i could find Pelican Galaxy Counters here. i found Minstrels yesterday which are the next best thing if you bite all the shell off - they'll just have to do :(

to the Smiths.  i found a vegan restaurant AND bakery last night: i'm going to write to Morrissey and offer to show him around Boston - and i just know he's going to like it SO much better than L.A. (English roses wither up and die in the awful unrelenting desert heat - we need rain and fog and days that absolutely require you stay indoors with unlimited coffee and cake :)

 i'm still hopelessly lost here.... it took me FOREVER to figure out the map was upside-down ;)
