loving
being home in the 'burbs again. i missed sweet generica - the minivan, redbox, even albertsons and shopping for unnecessaries in Marshalls (i bought a soft white fluffy cloud/mattress topper and a Small Paul teeshirt)
also loving
that it's almost SPRING BREAK! an entire week off from the 7am turkey sandwich/PB&J production line :)
hating
Rosie Pope's accent. i really really really hope i don't talk like that - that hybrid USA/UK accent. i might round some vowels but i really hope i kept my sharp consonents :|
listening
to R.E.M. i admittedly have a slightly huge crush on Michael Stipe :)
wishing
to buy some beer so i can make beer batter to make fish and chips. but i have no idea what kind of beer to buy :( i was going to take Sam to Maggie's Pub tomorrow for lunch but he is getting his fancy award at 1:50pm and he can't possibly miss that ;)
admitting
that i am going to really miss that Oprah woman :( i hate her celeb shows (can't watch, won't watch) and that opera thing she does at the end of her sentences... but who else can land people like the chimp-attack-woman? i am hoping (but not praying... i'm not the praying sort) that Katie Couric gets a talk show. or we're all hosed :|
going
to have my first official bowl of banana pudding. yes there are a couple of spoonfuls missing... but not an official bowlful :) i made it with slimming ingredients so it's technically not that bad for you:
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup sugar-free vanilla pudding
1/2 can condensed milk
whisk and refrigerate for 4 hours
add 3/4 cup of fat free coolwhip
layer nilla wafers, bananas slices and pudding mix and refrigerate for an hour :)
i think it could taste even more awesome with that boiled condensed milk stuff... but maybe banoffee pudding could be it's own little spin-off recipe;)
scenes from the 7 mile bike ride
he was absolutely thrilled to have been promoted :)
but was happier with the Spongebob lego he got as a reward (????!!!!)
hunting lessons
there go my net curtains :)
off to bed xoxoxox
